I. Packing Procedures

Our dedicated team of experienced parts specialists will ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. In case of less than 10 mechanical parts ordered, we will pack the items in a carton box with the original factory packing inside, if available. However, some items without factory packing will be dispatched with simple vinyl wrapping or bubble wrapping packed by our own packing box.

All sheet metal parts such as engine hoods, fenders and door shells will be dispatched with wood frames or boxes to prevent any possible damages during delivery.

In case of parts order by containers, we will hire a special packing company for the packing, or the customers can hire their own packing companies if available. Please notice that the packing expenses are not included in our parts prices in this case.

II. Delivery Time

If we have the parts in stock, all products ordered are dispatched within 2~5 business days by air or 10~28 days by sea freight after the final order confirmation between Euroameri-Car and the customer according to the order quantity. Some larger items may require a longer lead time. In this case one of our parts specialists will contact you prior to dispatch.

III. Custom Clearance

Your country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your account. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country; we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing an order

IV. Payment

Payment methods will be vary for our customer convenience: Direct bank wiring, irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, irrevocable differed 30 days Letter of Credit would be acceptable. In case of small quantity by air shipping, Euroameri-Car requires Euroameri-Car requires 50% of the total amounts right after the final order confirmation and the balance 50% right before dispatching date.

In case of container quantity orders, Euroameri-Car requires 50% of the total amounts right after the final order confirmation and the balance 50% within 7 business days after the customers receive the copy of Boarding List.

Euroameri-Car does willingly discuss and negotiate the payment methods for our customers¡¯ convenience.

V. Product Returns

Before returning any goods please read our Returns Terms and Conditions.

Euroameri-Car must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 5 business days commencing the day after delivery.

All items returned must be accompanied by either the relevant invoice or appropriate proof of purchase

Parts ordered to customer's specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.

All orders cancelled within 3 business days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods) will be credited in full. Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period; will be subject to a 30% minimum handling charge.

Any shortfall or damage to products must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.

All parts being returned for credit must be in a resalable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, if any sealant grease has been applied or if the packaging has been damaged.

Euroameri-Car reserves the right to refuse exchange units, which are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.

No warranty labor claims will be accepted on any faulty goods returned. All goods remain the property of Euroameri-Car until paid for in full and payment has been received in full.
